To be eligible for a return, items must:

be unused and unworn
be in good condition
be returned in the original packaging
include all possible accessories

Returns that are incomplete, used, or damaged may not be accepted.

5. Return Costs

Unless otherwise stated, or in the case of a defective or incorrect product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. SELORANI cannot be held responsible for returns not received without proof of shipment.

We do not charge restocking fees.

6. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.

If the refund is approved:

It will be made via the original payment method
The processing takes place within 7 working days after validation.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

provide photos of the product

After verification, a suitable solution will be offered, including a replacement or a refund at no cost.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.

After this period, the order may already be being processed and can no longer be cancelled.
